Here you will find the following options: " Maybe I'm totally blind, but I just can't find  the options panel! Wordpress's new dashboard is frustrating me a bit.. I got the plugin in and activated and the basic theme up and running. I see where I can change the header image and color under the "design" menu tab (where I also select the themes now), but nothing which allows me to get to the options listed in #7 of the instructions.
