While I don't maintain stripShow for a living, I wouldn't say no to a little donation, if you think the plugin is worth it...

I've been having a couple of problems with my comic's Stripshow-powered site: http://www.borderline-boy.com. My limited, limited knowledge of PHP is not helping either! Perhaps someone here can help…
1: My comic needs an archive page! Ideally I suppose I'd like something like The Book of Biff's archive page (http://www.thebookofbiff.com/archive/), with the comic date, title and number. However, a calendar-style archive page would work okay too. Is there a way of automatically generating a complete archive page? On a related note, the storyline drop-down menu in the sidebar is not working–it just sends the reader to the latest comic.
2: The comic currently displays below the first-prev-next-latest navigation buttons, in the same column as the blogposts. I'd like to have it display above the navigation buttons and the two columns, as its own full-length piece just under the header. Any idea what could be causing it to display in the one column?
Any and all help would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance for your help, everyone!

To create an archive page, do this:
Go to your WordPress admin page. Click "Write" and select "Page."
Leave the page empty, but in the section for "Page Template," choose "Comic Archive."
Save your page.
That's how easy it is. stripShow comes with a template for archive pages.
As for the layout of your page, for one thing, you should close your "header" div. For another, try moving the show_comic tag into the "comic" div.
