I'm using Stripshow for my webcomic, which is great. However, it wasn't wide enough to display my comic. (1000 px) So I decided to take advantage of the autocomic feature and look for a Flexible width theme. I hooked up with the Comicpress theme.

The issue is, when I hit a date on the calendar, WP goes to that date, but doesn't display the comic. It displays and "Date" link that the user has to click one more time to display that comic and a Thumbnail Not Found message.

Since launching my comic, Nov 1, I've decided that I can resize my comic or change the div size of Stripshow to accommodate my strip.

However, now when I activate Sandbox or Sandbox child, my comic displays twice on the first page. Once between the Nav buttons (above and below) and again right underneath.

I would be happy with either a fix to the calendar/archive feature or returning to Sandbox, providing I'm not displaying my comic twice.

Thanks – Bill

The comic appears twice? The first thing that comes to mind is that AutoComic is turned on, maybe?

As for the calendar not working, let's explore that further. What's your URL?

Thanks Brad,
I came to the same conclusion that the Autocomic was displaying the second strip just yesterday. I'm going to try this tonight. Hopefully, fixing this and switching back to Sandbox will solve the calender issue too.

Here is the URL anyways.

Thanks for the help,

He Brad,
I turned off Autocomic and that solved the double comic display. I think that solves my archive issue too.
However, now my comic isn't centered and is cut off on the right side. I read a forum update about centering comics for someone else and you said it was a style sheet issue and that his .art-sheet wasn't set big enough. I haven't done anything to my CSS, so it's out of the box and it apears empty to me. Where to I find the .art-sheet div?

Thanks
Bill

While I don't maintain stripShow for a living, I wouldn't say no to a little donation, if you think the plugin is worth it...
