While I don't maintain stripShow for a living, I wouldn't say no to a little donation, if you think the plugin is worth it...

Okay, I'll admit that I'm no computer wiz.. I'm an artist with some really basic knowledge. I followed the steps and even went to using the theme you used as an example with autocomic but here is my problem.
First of all i get this error "Your thumbnail directory is not writable by the web server." and "Your special comics directory is not writable by the web server." I used stripshow to load the images and confirmed that they are in the proper folder.
I only see the nav bar and no comic shows up. When I use the back button the nav bar disappears enbtirely.
Do you know what it might be?

The thumbnail and special comics folders aren't necessarily imporant. I'm still working on the 2.5 documentation, which should explain their functions in more detail. The important thing is that the comics folder itself is writeable, and that you're either putting your comics in there manually or (even better) using stripShow to upload them.

Yes i am using stripshow to upload them. I am using the bulk uploader and then then the importer to get them in…. is this correct?
Are there size restrictions to those comics?
Thanks for the quick response!

Hmm, strange. There's another user reporting the same problem, basically, in another thread. Do the comics appear in the right place if you switch to the stripShow Sandbox theme?

No, it doesn't appear to work there either. Could it be Godaddy?
