That's odd. It works on my test server. I don't know what to tell you, it might require some adjustment.

i tried to upload one of the files from backup at the time, to see where the error was, and when im using the old functions.php, everything seems to work just fine.

is the changes done to that really important, cos now, im using your files, exept functions, and it seems to work.

As it says in the documentation, that's what it's supposed to do. Instructions for changing its behavior are also in the documentation.

hmm.. ahh well, it works good enough for me now.

thanks a million times over and over again.

btw, this might sound bad, but if i want to change the name of the comic category, would that take alot of work for me to fix in the codes?

or is it just to change all the places where the word code is used to whatever the name of the category is?

No, not at all. In fact, you can change the references to in_category('comics') to the number of your comics category instead of the name, like in_category('3') — that way, you can change it to your heart's content.

Yeah, that's the thing about using a third-party theme. If the theme gets updated, all changes you've made go out the window, so you have to re-apply them.

You can, though, create a child theme that has only the necessary files.

il ltry to look into that some time, but not sure how hard it would be and how to fix errors that will come up.

but that link seemd pretty step-by-step like, and it shouldnt take too much skills to do it.

Yeah, the guy at ThemeShaper is pretty good. He wrote a theme framework called Thematic, which impressed me so much I sto… er, adapted some of it for stripShow Sandbox. ;)

Well, in the absence of cash :) , I can always use a good rating at the WordPress Plugin Directory

  • Donate

While I don't maintain stripShow for a living, I wouldn't say no to a little donation, if you think the plugin is worth it...
