While I don't maintain stripShow for a living, I wouldn't say no to a little donation, if you think the plugin is worth it...

So, I know NOTHING about using FTP and changing the appearance of a website through code. I've done it with Adobe GoLive and that was difficult enough. I'm well versed in Photoshop and Illustrator so I can prep things to put up but how do I know where in the code to put things?
This seems like a pretty essential basic question that I don't see any online help for. Is there a tutorial or a book or a site that can help me?

Yeah… the subject you're taking about is basically web design. There are thousands of books and sites on the subject — the one I used when I was starting was Web Design in a Nutshell from O'Reilly books. A very good primer on both HTML and CSS.

I was able to modify the header so that's a good start! Wish me luck!

Hi Chris. You might want to check out the "Comic Press": support forums. I'd say 99% of the threads there deal with implementing CSS & basic positioning questions.
Best of luck. I, too, know very little HTML, CSS, etc & I managed to glean enough info there & here to slowly piece together a respectable site. I think patience & persistence are the keys.
