Hi all,
with new WordPress 3.1 version, I noticed that in the index page, under the rant, old articles are shown, in a number choosen in WordPress settings menu.
With WordPress 3.0.X this won't happen: the old articles didn't show in the index page.

In order to fix this problem I modified the index.php file, commenting this row:

<?php /* if ($sssandbox_options['index_blog']) do_action('index_blog'); */ ?>

Do you think this fix is correct? Or are there more "clean" procedures?

Interesting… so in 3.1, blog posts are shown on the index page of stripShow Sandbox, even if the option to show blog posts is unchecked? That's troubling. I'll have to experiment.

Well, my testing didn't reproduce that issue. Go in and make sure you don't have a check next to "Show blog on index page" under Appearance->stripShow Sandbox Settings->Index Page.
